We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right by the lake was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The spa facilities were top-notch and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Mixed grill in the restaurant was highly "average". However my wife had a seafood Pizza - and that was perfect :)

Sadly, there is no ventilator in the bathroom, which can be a minor issue for some guests.

The spa center is great, big and very comfortable. Pity, that opened only 4 hours a day... (From 3 till 7 pm)

For a four star hotel it is missing basic things: in the rooms - the vanity sets, shower gel and shampoo, water to drink, and what is more important - proper service in the hotel restaurant - it is opened till 10 pm, but before that, while we were having a dinner stuff started to repair things in the restaurant and prepare to the next day's breakfast making a lot of noise. This was just rude. The rooms are not isolated from sounds - one can really hear the neighbors.

What a great surprise! My partner and I had a romantic escape in this hotel, and we loved it. the room was spacious, with stunning views of the mountains and modern decorations. the dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. the location was excellent, right in front of the lake and surrounded by nature, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

we noticed that the pillows were too thin, but we still managed to have a good night's sleep.

Some of the staff were very rude for no reason. Signs (or lack of signs in any language) very confusing when checking in. Icy entrance - dangerous. Maid walked in without knocking.
